About Lorenzo

I was born in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and I have been teaching Spanish since 2018. I have taught people of all ages and from all over the world.

In my classes, I try to create a relaxed and trusting atmosphere so that both the student and I enjoy the learning process. The topics of conversation are based on real and current situations. We will not learn a textbook Spanish together, but the Spanish that native speakers use on a daily basis.

¡Nos vemos online!

I graduated in Spanish (Lengua y Literatura programme at the University of La Laguna), and I am an Expert in Didactics of Spanish as a foreign language (the University of Cantabria).

I am an official DELE examiner of Spanish for levels A1-A2, accredited by the Instituto Cervantes.

In addition, I have a Master’s Degree in Teacher Training for Compulsory Secondary Education and High Schools, Vocational Training and Language Teaching from the European University.

I have worked in various Spanish schools and compulsory education institutes since 2018.

I love literature, especially poetry, and cinema; I enjoy chilling at the terraces where you can have a coffee or Gin Tonic. I also like a good conversation and Club Deportivo Tenerife.

Another of my hobbies is theatre, so, in my classes, sometimes, we will practice with fictitious situations to practice your Spanish.
