- Method: we have extended our system with our own online teaching methods. For example, we use the flipped classroom method, which ensures that you learn Spanish as efficiently as possible without wasting time.
- Innovation: With the COMBI course we have created a unique and highly innovative course. Throughout the 24 levels, you’ll find a varied mix of videos, webinars, podcast episodes, infographics, texts, level tests and more than 2,000 interactive exercises. Our online teachers use the material from the COMBI courses.
- Human Intelligence: We are NOT a software. We created one of the best Spanish self-learning experiences online, but in the end we are a proper school, with real, intelligent humans as teachers. We communicate with you. We provide you with tasks and feedback, and you can ask us questions at any time.
As of today, we do not have an app. We don’t think that a dedicated app is necessary. Our web versions are fully optimized for phones and tablets.
Our placement test checks your grammar skills. It starts from zero or in one of the broad levels and stops when you make too many mistakes. It takes up to 15 minutes and has an approx. accuracy of 80%. Once you have finished the placement test, you can take our complete level test to check additional language skills like listening and reading comprehension. This test will take approx. another 20-30 minutes.
Neither test is mandatory, but they will give you a fairly accurate assessment of your current level of Spanish and you will know what level you need to tackle next.
It depends on several factors such as your time, your learning style, and your budget.
The fastest and most flexible way to learn Spanish is one-on-one lessons with a private tutor.
For self-learners and learners on the go, our COMBI courses are the right choice for you.
You can also combine both methods for a better experience.
The lowest cost way of reaching the next Spanish level is to use our resource sheets.
For all our courses and learning materials we communicate in English during the first 4 levels to explain more complicated topics. From level 5 on, we communicate only in Spanish with the students, increasing the difficulty as we go up the levels.
For the tutor lessons, the teacher explain everything in Spanish.
